Put the Pressure on Yourself “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.” - words of the mighty Aristotle. You make your habits in the beginning, then your habits make you.   The world is full of people who are waiting for someone to come along and motivate them to be the kind of people they wish they could be. The problem is that no one is coming to the rescue.   These people are waiting for a bus on a street where no buses pass. If they don't take charge of their lives and put pressures on themselves, they can end up waiting forever. And that is what most people do.  Only about 2 percent of people can work entirely without supervision. We call these people "leaders". This is the kind of person you are meant to be and that you can be, it you decide to be.  To reach your full potential, you must form the habit of putting the pressure on yourself and not waiting for someone else to come along and do it for you. You must choose your

Topic :Rain of wisdom-2  Basic scriptures :Matthew 7:21-29 James 1:7 Commentary : Today's scripture talks about a house without foundation(wisdom) crashing when the storms of life show up. Knowledge on its own is not power. It can produce a disgrace when not applied. It is applies knowledge that is power. Sometimes the difference between failure and success is being wise. For example: knowledge is knowing what to say, wisdom is knowing when and how to say it. Some times, common sense can deliver you from premature death. So,  build your life on the word of God and on wisdom tops from life and the WORD . Below are some tips;mediate on them, become wiser and win. 1. Open your mouth only if what you are going to say is more beautiful than silence. 2. Never give up on something you really want;it is difficult to wait now, but worse to regret later. 3. Thank God for blessing you much more than you deserve. Winner are not people who never fail but people who never quit. 4. Opport

Friday, 3rd June, 2016. Topic:The early report card! Basic scripture: 1 Chronicles 21:1-13 Commentary: I am seriously led to remind and warn a soul concerning the story below: A man prayed for spiritual power and anointing. He bought books on how to work in the supernatural and how to flow in the supernatural, including dry fasting and white fasting, but all to no avail. Then one day, he prayed that God should show him the secret of the barrier to why heaven had refused to use him. It was then God opened his eyes and he saw an angel that cane to hand him a report card of how God saw him. Below were the scores:  Gentleness. 1% Love 5% Anger 95%, pride 90%, holiness 1%, self control 3% , sexual sins 100% , evangelism 0. 1%   , Doubt 80%  , patience   1%     , love for secret praise by people 100%  , negative thoughts 80%  , faith 3%. Quote of the day:If you dodge the process to patience you will miss the product.   Topic: Avoid quick testimonies!     Basic scripture : Habakkuk 2:1-11 Commentary : Patience is profitable! Its a lost virtue in our culture today. There is so much craze for wealth and quick testimonies because people are no more patient. Armed robbery is a consequence of impatience. The year is still relatively young. Prayers are being prayed regularly. Planning is going on. But you must realize that there is always a time tag between the day you plant a mango or an orange seed and when you actually harvest the fruit from the full-grown tree. Every divine purpose delivers in stages and there is a time for every purpose on this earth including your own. Don't cage or hinder your destiny by seeking for short cuts.  If you dodge the process-patience, you will miss the product. Habakkuk 2:3 says:"for time;but at the end, it shall speak and not die. Though it tarries ( as the year progresses), wa

Explore them!

It is chiefly through books that we enjoy intercourse with superior minds. God be thanked for books. They are the voices of the distant and the dead, and make us heirs of the spiritual life of past ages. Books are the true levelers. They give to all who will faithfully use them, the society, the spiritual presence of the best and greatest of our race.

Wednesday, 1st June, 2016 . Quote of the day: Thankfulness opens the door for God to bless us, complaining opens the door for the devil to curse us.   Topic: Greatness is little by little, step -by -step!   Basic scriptures : Ecclesiastes 3:1;Exodus 23:20-30.   Commentary :      Greatness is prepared for. It is not jumped into. The journey of 1000km begins with a step. The great success stories you read of in life and ministry today, began as little adventures. Life is lived by taking one step at a time. Be reminded a house is built block by block. Most people desire to get to the top in life, but are not prepared to start small to get to the top. You must be prepared to start with a right step even if it means starting small. You cannot build a house from the top. Note that the foundation of most houses are never seen, yet a house is as durable as its foundation. God could have created the whole world in 1 hour. Note even a day. But He didn't. It took him 6 days . This is t
