Killing the JOY Killers!

1. Regretting the past: Research continues to show that repetitive, negative thoughts about decisions made in the past is often the genesis of chronic stress and depression. 2. Worrying about the future: Determine to live in the present! Face difficulties as they arise and let them go. 3. Comparing yourself to others: Don't compare yourself to others. You have no idea what they been through. You are born original, so don't die a copy. 4. Bad temper: Don't reply when you are angry and don't decide when you are sad. Don't promise when you are happy. 5. Life's Battles: When life gives you a hundred reasons to cry, show life that you have a thousand reasons to smile. Lemonades are made from bitter lemons, omelettes are products of broken eggs. 6. Unforgiveness and not letting go: To flow in divine peace and joy, you must let go and let God take control of every hurt. Letting go does not mean giving up, but accepting that there are things that cannot be changed

Still on work ! Have this digest ; Life is too short to wake up in the morning  with regrets! Life is 10% what you make it and 90% how you take it! That's why joy and happiness is a journey not a destination! Resist DEPRESSION ,  SELF-PITY ,  REGRET OVER YOUR PAST MISTAKES , etc , because really, HAPPINE SS is not in your circumstances but in yourself! Happiness is knowing that you are being alive alone is enough to cherish! Happiness keeps you sweet , trials keep you strong , sorrows keep you human ! Failures keep you humble ! And God keep you going ! Always remember that the happiest people don't necessarily have the best of everything but they just make the best of everything! It's the award winning habit !
